George Carlin on "Freedom of Choice" in Capitalist Democracy

The late George Carlin told it like it is, pulling no punches.

We must take responsibility for our country's policies and actions.

War is a good thing - for those who want to make profits on selling war materials and supporting services to the government... And having a deep pocket they can pick with impunity... to the tune of Trillions of dollars that disappear mysteriously from government funds and that the government is not making successful efforts to track down and recover...

There are monied interests influencing the media and government - for their own benefits, not for the benefits of the common good.

We, the people, have more votes than they do. Taking an interest and getting involved in making this world a better place is your responsibility and mine.

Blessings,

Dan Benor, MD
